Reese Engle

Reese Engle

09/14/1991 - 07/21/2011

A loving son, brother, uncle and all around beautiful soul. Reese touched all of the lives he came into contact from very early on til his untimely death in the summer in 2011. One of Reese’s favorite sayings, “Does anyone ever feel like getting intense?”, speaks to the way he lived life to the fullest. His addiction had progressed and although he had been clean for 7 months, he wanted “just one more”, which was his last. He is truly missed and will forever be in our hearts and soul. We will all mourn him, and pray that by his example, others may be saved.
David Pettis

David Pettis

11/06/1991 - 12/03/2011

David is so dearly missed by all those who knew him. In his short time here he touched so many lives. David played baseball most of his life and was a great pitcher. While playing for the Bonanza High School baseball team he had scouts from MLB teams from Baltimore, St. Louis and Washington coming to see him pitch. He threw a 91 mile an hour as a sophomore. It was after his sophomore season that he made some bad choices that lead to the horrific ending of his life. He was in detox three time and the last time he said that he needed long term rehab or he didn’t think he’d make it. After the insurance company sent him a letter stating he did not meet the medical criteria to recive this care we tried other options. The red tape took so long he fell back into the dark black hole of heroin addiction. Within 4 months David’s life was over.
Shane Collins

Shane Collins

10/18/1985 - 01/03/2014

Shane was truly loved by many. He was only 28 years old when he left us. He was funny and kind and had a big heart. His family believed that he beat that addiction and was clean for almost 3 years but was wrong when his mom found him passed away in his bed from an accidental heroin overdose. Don’t let this happen to your loved ones. It’s a pain and sadness that never goes away and it’s something a loved one can never forget.
